Timer on XP build is potentially slower in comparison to normal build

Here are my findings:

It's not related to lag. I redid my run, without recording, on a frameskipless run, and got a better time, 26:20.

I compared the timer on the XP build with my iPod touch's stopwatch, it apparently IS slow.. ... by 1 second for every minute.
