Crashed on course resume
I tried to resume a grand-prix course (that's probably not the right word) and the game went to a black screen. It printed a console line on level load, which came up in the log too. The key line is:

Unable to resume, unable to match up saved levelNum with course holes.

I don't know if this is a problem with the move in level numbering systems or what. The game seemed to be running just fine when it "crashed"; it just didn't know what to do about the error and sat at a blank screen.

Aha! Yep, totally to do with changing the level numbering. I tried to keep backward compatibility of in-progress courses but I might just have to nuke that.
