FIXED - Pressing Escape - Easy way to reset the hole

If you press escape, or simply exit while in the middle of Grand Tour, allows the player to simply restart a level if they felt they did a bad job, to try and inch out the most cubes they can get via hole in ones.

I would suggest that the player has to finish their shot before they exit, and save their game on the location they stopped their shot on, along with the strokes they took.
